Feature Request

I have 2 kids and I have my main timeline with both kids. For the birthday of each kid, I do a special video with the highlights since bith. I created 1 timeline for each kid and currently I copy the videos that I want from the main timeline to the kids timeline, which is cumbersome and time consuming. Instead, I'd like to be able to use custom tags for each clip (e.g. 'kid1_favorite') and then when watching filter only the clips with a certain tag. I know that the star functionallity is similar, but it's not great for this use case because I need to switch from one kid to the other, so I'd need to write down somewhere the clips that have stars, remove them, and mark with stars the other videos, and then when I want to switch do this process again

Would be nice if I could say that I want the video to end in fade out (or other effects), so it doesn't feel like it finishes abruptly

I have done 1 second everyday for the year want to share it in a shorter fashion. Shortening the clips is too fast to enjoy- I’d like if an option was to show every other clip, or a random (but still chronological) selection from the date range. This would give a sense of the time span and make a shorter video without having to manually select every other photo (or something like that).

Not sure if this is a bug or is on purpose (not sure why), but if the original video is not on my phone (or some other conditions), when I post to project I only can post it for today, not for the original date. Often I need to post to another project, and when it allows me to do in the original date it's super easy, but if it doesn't, I need to find the original video, download it, trim it, etc, which is a lot more work than just posting to the original date. I don't understand why wouldn't you always allow to post to the original date

Please don’t get rid of crowds on this app - it is one of the main reasons my friends and I use the app. Collaborations are not the same and we enjoy being able to comment on each other’s posts

I would love to be able to create a collab with friends where the videos will automatically be added to the timeline in chronological order. Right now, you have to manually adjust where the videos are and it’s difficult to manage if multiple people are on the project. If there could be a project setting that could be selected, it would make me want to use collaboration much more!

Can there be a slow fade for the last video/picture to make the video end less abruptly and more than 2 seconds if a photo?

It would be great to add multiple music tracks per mashed video instead of having the same one looping for the entire video. This applies to the songs provided by the app and custom music from my library.

There should be an option to make your projects in chronological order so I don’t need to try to fix it!!

I want to make a 1SE Freestyle montage of a specific person or of a certain place but can only select photos chronologically. It would be great if the image library supported searching for faces, places, dates, and things just like iOS and Google Photos. :)
