Reduce steps to create a snippet

The new UI adds more unnecessary taps to add a snippet. I used to be open the app and have my last open project already displayed, now I have to pick the project first. Can we have an option to just open the last opened project on launch like before?
Saving a snippet also now has two additional stages to add a comment and save to another project. Can these be made optional in the settings?

The last project now automatically opens when you start the app. Keep the ideas coming, really love to streamline the process even more for y'all. Thanks!

I 100% agree! This small extra step has added a surprising amount of “friction” to the application.

Do not show Snippet Details after Trim
Dariusz Woźniak
The new version shows the Snippet Details after clicking Trim button. Previously, it redirected to the calendar which made usability better (faster). Please provide an option to disable showing Snippet Details after clicking on Trim button.

Option to permanently skip post-to-other-project step
Frederik
When adding snippets to my timeline, I almost never want to post them to multiple other projects simultaneously so I would like an option in the settings to permanently skip that step.
This will make adding snippets much faster (also because the post-to-other-project step is kind of slow for me).
