Option to crop vertical videos into a horizontal frame [Android]

I'd like to be able to crop vertical video horizontally. I'm trying to keep all of my videos horizontal but sometimes I have good vertical video that could be cropped if that feature was available.

There's a "crop to fit" feature that doesn't do what's it supposed to.

The option to zoom in on the snippet you are selecting for the day. When you try to zoom on the video, it just plays the video instead. This option is available on iPhone, but not Android. It was very useful to cleanly show what you want from a video without having to edit your video before entering the 1second app.
